A Dukinfield man has appeared at Tameside Magistrates’ Court charged with sexual assault of an underage girl.
The 57-year-old appeared before magistrates today, Thursday, February 1.
He entered a not guilty plea to intentionally touching a 14-year-old without her consent in January of this year, as well as harassing her with text messages and comments about her looks.
The case was listed for trial, and the man was released on conditional bail and ordered not to contact the complainant by any means or enter Dukinfield apart from on occasion to get belongings from his address.
