Denton pub offers free results-day meals to students

Students celebrating their GCSE or A-Level results in August can enjoy a free main meal at the Fletchers Arms in Denton.

The Fletchers Arms on Manchester Road is among five pubs in the Almond Family Pubs group taking part in the results-day promotion across two consecutive Thursdays.

Students receiving their A-Level results on Thursday, August 13th or their GCSE results on Thursday, August 20th can claim a free main course when they purchase another full-price main meal.

To take up the offer, students simply need to show their results to a member of the pub team when ordering food.

The offer is available on both results days, and is intended to give local young people an extra reason to celebrate seeing their months of hard work (hopefully) paying off.

The Fletchers Arms is the only Almond Family Pubs venue located in Tameside. However, four other pubs offering the same results-day deal are located in Stockport. They are The Station House in Cheadle Hulme, Jolly Sailor in Davenport, Puss in Boots in Offerton, and the Spread Eagle in Romiley.

The family-run pub group says its menus include a range of family favourites, as well as a selection of vegetarian, vegan, and NGI (No Gluten Ingredients) options. Bookings are recommended, although walk-ins are also accepted on a first come, first-serve basis.
