On July 9, Ali Azul, of Ruby Street, Denton, was charged with eight burglary-related offences.
The 49-year-old was charged with seven counts of burglaries other than dwelling and one count of attempt burglary other than dwelling.
All of the offences occurred over the course of the last month and were mainly in the Denton and Hyde area.
GMP Tameside South and West said: "This comes after an excellent investigation by the Tameside Neighbourhood Crime Team."
