A cyclist in his 20s was taken to hospital with a head injury after he was involved in a collision in the Newton area of Hyde on Thursday evening (May 28).
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said they were called at 5.13pm to reports of a collision between a cyclist and a vehicle on Garden Street.
The man was taken by ambulance to hospital with a head injury, but it isn't thought to be serious.
Images taken by a resident living near by show a number of ambulance and paramedic response vehicles at the scene.
A statement from North West Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 5.09pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving a cyclist.
"We attended with an ambulance and rapid response vehicle. A man in his late 20s was taken to hospital with a head injury not thought to be serious."
