
Residents across Tameside are being advised that Covid-19 vaccination centres will be open in Stalybridge and Denton throughout September and October.
Stalybridge
It will be based at the Civic Hall on Trinity Street.
The clinics will be held on the following dates:
- Tuesday 20 September - 10am to 2pm (booked appointments); 2pm to 4pm (walk-ins)
- Wednesday 21 September - 12pm to 4pm (booked appointments); 4pm to 6pm (walk-ins)
- Monday 26 September - 12pm to 5pm (booked appointments); 5pm to 7pm (walk-ins)
- Thursday 29 September - 12pm to 5pm (booked appointments); 5pm to 7pm (walk-ins)
- Friday 30 September - 10am to 2pm (booked appointments); 2pm to 4pm (walk-ins)
First, second and third doses and boosters are available.

Denton
It will be based at Denton Festival Hall on Peel Street but people must have an appointment in advance, with no walk-ins accepted.
The clinics will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday 15 September - 8.30am to midday
- Thursday 22 September - 8.30am to 6pm
- Thursday 29 September - 8.30am to 6pm
- Thursday 6 October - 8.30am to 6pm
- Thursday 13 October - 8.30am to 6pm
- Thursday 20 October - 8.30am to 6pm
- Thursday 27 October - 8.30am to 6pm
Tameside Council and Tameside Integrated Care Partnership say people will receive an invitation to come forward for the vaccine when the time comes - which, for most people, will be in the form of a letter or text message from their GP or a phone call from the GP surgery.
