Tameside Car Collectors Club is holding its Classic Car Show on Denton Market Square this weekend.
The fun drives into town on Sunday (8 May) after an absence of two years on account of Covid restrictions.
The show is open to the public between 10am and 4pm and includes a display of classic vehicles from several decades, up to and including modern and future classics.
All are welcome to go along and talk with the owners.
Many of the cars have interesting stories of ownership and restoration and bring back memories of when these cars were our every day means of transport.
In the afternoon the event will be joined by the Civic Mayor and her consort who have kindly agreed to present awards to owners of the cars judged ‘best in class’.
For further enquiries, contact Jeff Leah, Secretary, Tameside Car Collectors Club, 45 Linksfield, Denton, Manchester, M34 3TE, on 07766 421346.
