Ashton united are hosting trials for players interested in joining the newly created women's team on Sunday, July 23.
In a bid to integrate the team into the club's forward-thinking philosophy, the team will play stadium football at Hurst Cross for all home games. As well as the opportunity to play weekly football, the team will also train once a week with professional coaches and management staff.
The team will be well-financed and fully funded with no players expected to pay subs.
