Denton West Amateur Dramatic Society (DWADS) takes to the stage this week with its offering of Are You Being Served?
The play - the first to be performed by the society at Denton West End Community Centre since 2019 - runs from Thursday, October 14 to Saturday, October 16.
The play was all set to be staged in April last year when Covid - and the first lockdown - struck.
But the society has returned with all your favourite characters from the hit TV comedy in a stage play based on the film version of the show which sees the Grace Brothers team jetting off to Spain on their holidays.
Nothing goes quite according to plan of course in Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft’s play.
Tickets cost £7 with all profits going to the community centre. Call 0161 430 7603 or 07960 334466, email dwads.hotline@gmail.com or call in at the Dane Bank Pet Shop on Hulme Road.
