A special exhibition is taking place today (Wednesday) at Thomas Ashton School in Hyde.
The History for Today exhibition is a project between Tameside Council and the Anne Frank Foundation.
The aim is to empower young people to challenge prejudice and discrimination inspired by Anne Frank - a Jewish girl whose diary of her family's years in hiding during the German occupation of the Netherlands is a classic of war literature.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 6pm to 7pm at the school on Bennett Street. It will be open to Special Schools from 4pm to 6pm.
Anyone who wishes to attend the exhibition is asked to contact the school beforehand by calling 0161 368 6208, so that Covid-19 restrictions can be adhered to.
