Fundraising stalwart Angie Wild plans to celebrate her 60th birthday later this month by raising more money for a good cause.
Angie has been raising money for more than a decade for local charities close to her heart.
When she landed her dream job at the Ashton-based Anthony Seddon Fund, she began focusing on raising money for people living with mental illnesses.
Fundraising is certainly Angie’s passion and she has made many headlines across the last decade, coming up with new ideas to raise vital funds and awareness.
Although Covid has impacted massively on charities, Angie has managed to triple her fundraising amount this year which she is delighted to see.
But as her big birthday date approached, she decided as well as celebrating with family and friends that she wanted to do something for her charity too.
Instead of people giving Angie a gift she is asking everyone to donate to The Anthony Seddon Fund, either through her JustGiving page, her Facebook page (just search for Angela Dawn Wild) or you can contact Angie via angywild@yahoo.co.uk
Every penny raised will help the charity to continue to support more people across Tameside.
Angie would like to thank everyone who has donated so far to the cause.
