Time is running out to nominate your community heroes in Ashton for an accolade.
Ladysmith Shopping Centre is holding its Amazing Ashton Awards again this year and is asking locals to put forward individuals, groups, charities and organisations who deserve recognition.
There are eight categories: Charity Fundraiser, Employee of the Year, Independent Retailer/Market Trader of the Year, Local Business/Entrepreneur of the Year, Great Leader, Ladysmith’s Retailer of the Year, the Young Achievers Award and the Covid-19 Hero Award.
You have until Monday (23 August) to nominate your heroes at www.ladysmithshoppingcentre.co.uk, where more information about the awards can be found.
The winners, which will be chosen by a judging panel yet to be revealed, will be announced at a gala event in November.
