Dunkirk Farm in Hyde could soon be transformed into six new homes, if Tameside Council approves the plans.
The Dunkirk Lane site would have become derelict in some sections and blighted by fly-tipping and people throwing small items of rubbish over the fence, according to the applicant.
If approved, the site will become home to three, three-bed home and three four-bed homes.
