Here Come The Girls: Curzon Prepare For New Season

Curzon Ashton Women are  preparing for a new season in the Greater Manchester Women’s League, Premier Division.

Manager Dean O’Brien has been busy assembling his squad in preparation for the opening league fixtures in September.

Lauren Beckford has agreed to stay with the club for another season after impressing during last season’s promotion winning campaign.

Jesse Cooke has also re-signed and will mark her fourth season at the Tameside Stadium.

Captain Amy Smith, who has played a pivotal role in the squad’s success, will be wearing the armband once again.
