WATCH: Local Boxer Wants To Fly The Flag For Turkey

Highly rated boxer Billy Denniz has dreams of competing for a world title at the Istanbul Arena in Turkey.

The 22-year-old, who has Turkish heritage, is based at the Phoenix Camp in Denton and trains under recently retired Charlie Schofield. 

With seven consecutive victories to his name - four of those being knockouts - the ’Turkish Tyson’ is fully focused on making the big time.

We spoke to the hot prospect at a training session earlier today.
