WATCH: Tributes pour in for running legend Ron

Tributes have poured in for local running legend Ron Hill, who has sadly died at the age of 82. The Olympic running legend, who created the Tour of Tameside, was made a freeman of Tameside in 2019.

This is what Ron's friend and CEO of Sports Tours International, Chris Bird had to say about Ron's achievements during the ceremony at Dukinfield Town Hall.
