WATCH: Over 50's walking football session is the perfect tonic for Geoff

The first over 50’s military veterans walking football session started at Curzon Ashton Football Club on Monday.

The program takes place every Monday from 11:00-12:00 at the Tameside Stadium, £3 per session.

We spoke to army veteran Geoff Hargreaves to see what he made of the session.
