WATCH: Olympic Sports Gym gets members active from home

The facility might be closed, but that hasn't stopped Olympic Sports Gym in Ashton from giving its members and the wider public a good workout.

Since the nationwide lockdown came into effect, gyms, clubs, groups and individuals have uploaded a variety of workout videos to the various social media platforms, while school teachers across the borough have also made an effort to get their pupils active from home.

Olympic Sport Gym's Steven Clegg, who played for Manchester United as a youngster, has decided to do his own series of videos which are suitable for all fitness levels.

The workouts can all be done from the comfort of your home and no equipment is needed.

Here's one that will really get the heart racing! Have a go and get your day off to the best start.
