As part of our mission to promote the benefits of health and fitness, we'll be speaking to various personal trainers over the coming weeks and giving them the chance offer their expertise in a number of areas.

We spoke to the co-founders of Platform Personal Training Gym, Dukinfield, to get their thoughts on the current circumstances amongst other things.
