We were at the Tameside Running Track on Thursday and spoke to East Cheshire Harriers coach, Hayley Simpson.

Hayley, who works for Active Tameside, told us about the success at various age levels, the measures in place to ensure the safety of athletes and the frustration of not being allowed to train with other runners during lockdown.
