WATCH: Haworth has high hopes for Stalybridge Celtic's Academy

Stalybridge Celtic manager Simon Haworth, who also coaches the Academy players, has high hopes for the youngsters ahead of the forthcoming season.

The club is hosting an academy open day on Friday, from 6pm, at Bower Fold. It's hoped that a new crop of future stars will be identified on the night.

We spoke to Haworth to get his views on the trial, the frustration of last season's NPL Premier Division being null and voided, and the current situation with players at Bower Fold.

To register your interest in the trial, head to the following link: https://www.stalybridgeceltic.co.uk/news.php?id=3166
