WATCH: Droylsden prepare for new season

It's bitterly cold outside, but that hasn't stopped Droylsden Cricket Club from preparing for the new season which starts on April 23.

The first team, captained by Alex Cicchirillo, are currently facing Crompton in a pre-season friendly at home.

Droylsden's first team will be competing in Division One of the Greater Manchester Cricket League. Ahead of their opening day clash, we spoke to Alex to get the latest developments at the club and to find out what he hopes to achieve this campaign.
