WATCH: Curzon boss Cunningham is aiming to create a new identity at the Tameside Stadium

In an extended interview, Steve told us what enticed him to join the club after six years with Colne, how he thinks the identity of the club needs to change, the challenge that awaits in the National League North, what fans can expect from his style of play, and how the club's community and family ethos is something he admires.
