Tuesday's Football Fixtures

A few of our sides are in league and cup action on Tuesday.

Droylsden are potentially 90 minutes away from featuring in the Manchester Premier Cup Final. Dave Pace's side travel to Trafford in the semi-final on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Ramsbottom United. In the other semi-final, FC United of Manchester host Irlam at Broadhust Park.

Meanwhile, Stalybridge Celtic host Gainsborough Trinity in the BetVictor Premier Division. Simon Haworth's side showed fighting spirit to salvage a point on Saturday, drawing 2-2 with leaders South Shields. Ashton United will be hoping to put the 3-1 defeat at Scarborough Athletic behind them when they travel to Atherton Collieries. The game marks the return of former Atherton boss Michael Clegg.
