Spurs charity match at Hyde United in memory of Justin Edinburgh

Justin Edinburgh, who sadly passed away in 2019.

NorthWest Spurs, a group of local Tottenham Hotspur supporters are organising a Charity Football match this Sunday (25 June) at Hyde United Football Club.

Gates open at 10am and Kick Off is 11am.

The chosen charity is the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation, Justin was a former player of Tottenham Hotspur, whilst training in the gym he suffered a cardiac arrest and without access to a defibrillator on site, he was rushed to hospital and six days later on June 8 2019 he passed away.

Today, his impact reverberates as the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation campaigns for legislative change on the installation of Automated External Defibrillators within health and sports facilities, while raising awareness of cardiac arrest and delivering CPR training.

The players playing in the charity match are fans who have paid a fee to play and the opposition team will be made up of Ex Tottenham Hotspur Legends.

The aim to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause.

Tickets are £7 and entry is free for children.
