Sarah Has The Calming Touch

Active Angels owner Sarah Crossley has launched a YouTube channel to promote yoga and wellbeing classes.

Sarah, from Stalybridge, has launched the channel in a bid to help children and families find some inner peace and relaxation amid the ongoing lockdown.

Sarah, who has owned Active Angels for six years, previously took classes in primary schools around Tameside to highlight importance of mental and physical health from a young age.

But due to the ongoing situation, classes in schools have been put on hold and Sarah, whose business was nominated in a category at the Pride of Tameside Sports Awards in 2019, adapted to the circumstances over summer by holding classes in Cheetham's Park, Stalybridge, before launching a new session on Monday evenings at Bower Fold Events.

You can enjoy Sarah's online classes, free of charge, via the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChppqF_pUQA3URKRfzC-l7w
