Roughyeds ready for new season

All geared-up and ready to go. That's Oldham Rugby League Club, who hope to arrange some friendlies before the big Betfred League One kick-off.

The Keighley Cougars come to the Vestacare Stadium on Sunday, March 27.

What a day -- Mothers' Day, the start of British Summer Time . . . and the big kick-off for Oldham Rugby !

With the addition of winger Tommy Brierley, who was working when the official squad picture was taken by DAVID MURGATROYD, and of big forward Jack Arnold, who has joined the club since the squad lined up for the picture, these are the young men who will represent Oldham in the battles ahead, pictured also with their coaching and backroom staff.

Head coach Stuart Littler faces a huge 2022, not only taking charge of Oldham for the first time, but also looking forward eagerly to the Rugby League World Cup in the autumn when he will coach Ireland.
