Robins on the road

If you're after some live football action tonight, Ashton United make the trip to Atherton Collieries in the NPL Premier Division.

Michael Clegg's side enter the game having secured a point on the road at Nantwich Town last weekend. However, it could have been so much better for the Robins who took a two-goal lead in the first half, but the Dabbers responded in the second 45 with two of their own to take a share of the points.

Ashton are currently 18th in the table whilst Atherton - who enjoyed great success during Clegg's reign in charge - are 12th and were last in league action on 22nd January, drawing 1-1 with Stafford Rangers.
