Raheem stars as England secure passage into quarter-final

Raheem sterling starred once again as England ran out 2-0 winners against Germany to secure a quarter-final tie against Ukraine on Saturday.

The Manchester City ace, who has now scored three goals for Gareth Southgate’s men at Euro 2020, opened the scoring in the 75th minute after tapping home Luke Shaw’s cross from close range, before Harry Kane scored his first of the tournament in the 86th minute to seel the tie and send Wembley ecstatic.

England will now face Ukraine in Rome on Saturday, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm.
