Residents across Oldham are being invited to enjoy a day of family fun while supporting a vital local cause at the upcoming Charity Fun Day at Oldham Rugby Union Club.
The event, which takes place at 12pm on Saturday June 27, will raise funds for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice, a charity that provides specialist palliative care and support for patients and families across the borough.
Organisers say the event has become a popular fixture in the local community and has already raised more than £2,800 for the Hospice over the past two years.
Visitors can look forward to a packed programme of entertainment and activities for all ages, including fairground rides, live singers, a DJ, market stalls, a barbecue, bar face painting and a bouncy castle.
