Northern Premier League Fixtures Revealed

Fixtures for the forthcoming Pitching In Northern Premier League have been revealed.

The fixtures concern five of our featured sides in the Tameside Reporter and Glossop Chronicle circulation area: Ashton United, Hyde United, Stalybridge Celtic, Mossley, and Glossop North End.

Droylsden have resigned from the league due to financial concerns.

In the Premier Division, on the opening day, Ashton United host Matlock Town - who are now managed by former Ashton boss Paul Phillips - whilst Hyde entertain Atherton Collieries at Ewen Fields, and Stalybridge Celtic make the journey to Nantwich Town.

IN the NPL North West, Mossley open their account at home against Bootle, whilst Glossop North End, reinstated into the North West Division following two seasons in the South East, make the trip to Cumbria to take on Kendal Town.
