New Mills semi-final clash postponed

New Mills AFC's Derbyshire Senior Challenge Cup semi-final match against Belper Town this evening (Tuesday) has been postponed due to weather conditions.

The Millers had been working hard in a bid to ensure the pitch at Church Lane was playable for the anticipated match.

But unfortunately the heavy rain that the High Peak has experienced in the last few days has put pay to the game as the surface is waterlogged.

Details of a new date for the fixture will be announced in due course.
