Mahon, Salkeld and Bradshaw here to stay

National League North table toppers Curzon Ashton have announced the contract extensions of their management trio.

First-team manager Craig Mahon, and assistant managers Jack Salkeld and Mark Bradshaw have all agreed to commit their future to the Nash until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Mahon has been a player/manager at the Nash for over 200 games and has helped the club to two first-round FA Cup runs and a playoff finish last season for the first time in their history.

Under his guidance, Curzon are enjoying one of their finest seasons ever, leading the Vanarama National League North with 45 points in 23 games.

Assistant managers Jack Salkeld and Mark Bradshaw have been pivotal to Curzon’s rise in recent years.

Salkeld has been at the club in some capacity since the age of six, while Bradshaw is approaching his 20th year anniversary with the Nash.

Chairman John Clayton said: “Delighted to get these contracts signed and looking forward to this journey together.”
