LISTEN: Ashton Cricket Club Hit By Burst Water Pipe

Ashton Cricket Club officials have been left heartbroken after a water pipe burst in the Rayner Lane Social Club, causing minor damage to the carpets.

It's a sad situation for the club, and one that will come at a big cost to resolve, especially with a function planned for New Year's Eve.

We've been speaking to club official Martin Frost to get the latest on the situation, how preparations are going ahead of the 2023 campaign, and the importance of support from the Tameside Sport Network.
