Liliywhites Land Two New Players As Manager Fish Looks To Build

Mossley manager David Fish has bolstered his Lilywhites squad with the loan signings of two players from local clubs.

Ben Collins, a young left-back or left midfielder, has joined from Salford City, whilst midfielder Joe Edwards joins from Oldham Athletic. Both players have joined on initial 28-day loans.

Mossley were dealt a cruel blow in their NPL West fixture at Macclesfield last weekend.

The Lilywhites looked destined for victory in the dying stages, only for the Silkmen to battle back and score two goals deep into injury time.

Fish’s side return to league action this weekend with a home tie against City of Liverpool FC, who are currently 18th in the table.
