Lees named Player of the Month for January

Mossley defender Mark Lees has been named as the Player of the Month for January.

Mark joined the club from Stalybridge Celtic in December and has since played eight times, scoring one goal in the process.

The Lilywhites, who are currently six points outside the playoffs, return to action this weekend at Dunston, who are 15th.

The game will mark the first time that the club has played since the departure of manager Dave Wild, who left after last weekend's 1-0 victory over Marske United to link up with Paul Phillips at Matlock Town.
