Hyde duo join Farsley on loan deal

Hyde United duo Paddy Lane and Kingsley James have joined National  League North side Farsley Celtic on loan.

The move will enable the two players to get some valuable playing time during the month long suspension of the Northern Premier League season.

Lane signed a new contract a few weeks ago and will get to test himself in a division above. Manager Dave McGurk said:- “We want to continue with Paddy’s development and he will go to Farsley  Celtic on a 28 day loan. They have a good manager who will look after him and use him in the right way and Paddy is familiar with Adam, (Lakeland). It’s a good opportunity for him to show what he can do in the National League North and he will come back to us firing on all cylinders. Kingsley James will also join Farsley for a month. He’s got a suspension to serve but he will be available for a few games with Farsley and it will enable him to come back to us at full fitness when we resume.

Both players loans will finish on December 3 in time for our  scheduled first game back against Scarborough.
