Harding and Laugher achieve World silver in China

Anthony Harding before last year's Commonwealth Games.

Super synchro duet Anthony Harding and Jack Laugher have finished in 2nd place at the World Aquatics Diving World Cup.

They’re a long way from their training pool in Leeds, but diving duo Anthony and Jack have proven to remain comfortable in the water as they achieve silver in China.

Stunning dives saw them earn 414.75 points, losing just to the Chinese pair Daoyi Long and Zongyuan Wang.

This puts the Commonwealth champions in a great position ahead of the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.

Former Copley Academy student Anthony Harding has been thrown into the limelight in recent years, teaming up with Jack to become an unstoppable force.

The pair have achieved great accolades in recent years, but their journey is only just beginning.

Anthony and Jack are definitely ones to look out for in the diving world.
