Jimmy Longdin has left his role as a goalkeeping coach at Mossley AFC, the club has confirmed.

Jimmy joined the Lilywhites' backroom staff when David Fish arrived as manager in June 2020 but has stepped away from his role at Seel Park due to his "current personal circumstances".

"I'd like to thank David and Alex for their support and giving me this opportunity," Jimmy told the club's website

"I’d also like to thank all the other staff, players, officials and volunteers I’ve worked with during my time at Seel Park, and most importantly the fans, who have been amazing.

"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with the club and wish them every success for the rest of this season and in the future."

The club has thanked Jimmy for all his hard work and wished him "nothing but success for the future".
