Glossop North End Launch Christmas Food Box Appeal

Glossop North End Community Club has launched a Christmas Food Box Appeal. 

In a bid to help make Christmas a little brighter for those in need, the club is appealing for items including cake, mince pies, chocolates, custard, tinned ham and much more. If you would like to contribute and drop a box off, contact the club on Twitter @glossopjuniors or @glossopnorthend.

In related news, the first team’s struggles continued at the weekend at Widnes. Despite taking the lead twice, Stuart Mellish’s side were beaten 3-2 at the league strugglers in the NPL West,

The Hillmen continued with league action on Saturday, with a home clash against Skelmersdale United.

In related news, on Sunday, Glossop North End juniors under 18s booked their place in the Manchester Futsal League final with a brilliant team performance against Manchesteer Futsal Club.
