Former Hyde boss lands Football League role

Former Hyde United manager Darren Kelly has landed a role at a Football League Club.

The 41-year-old, who guided the Tigers to an FA Cup first round appearance whilst delivering promotion in the same season, left Ewen Fields in May 2019 to take up the position as Scarborough Athletic manager. However, he has departed the Flamingo Land Stadium with immediate effect this afternoon after being offered a role at an EFL Club.

There is currently no indication as to which club the former York City defender has joined.
