East Cheshire Harriers coach Hayley Simpson has relaunched her popular lockdown challenges.
In a bid to keep members of the club engaged, fit and healthy, Hayley will be uploading daily challenges via the club's official Twitter page. Activities so far have included running challenges, throwing challenges and speed challenges.
