Fish lands three new faces for Mossley

Mossley have made a trio of new signings on the eve of the new football season.

The stand-out name is Sean Kgwakgwa, whose midfield performances were instrumental in Chadderton’s unexpected play-off challenge in the North West Counties Premier Division last term.

He played 54 times for them, weighing in with 5 assists and 5 goals, including a late winner against Bury that sparked pandemonium at Gigg Lane.

From Middleton, Kgwakgwa also spent two years playing for Jacksonville University in Florida and scored against Glossop North End earlier in pre-season.

Joining him in the centre of Seel Park is Remi Efunnuga.

Born in Nigeria, he came through the Stoke City academy and has represented Stalybridge Celtic, New Mills, West Didsbury & Chorlton, Brighouse Town and Matlock Town.

He also had a spell in Croatia with Zmaj Makarska, whose ground overlooks the Dalmatian coast.

Right-back Kevin Masindo has also teamed up with David Fish’s side.

Originally from Kent, the 20-year-old has moved up to Manchester after time with Dover Athletic, Faversham Town and Shepshed Dynamo.
