Droylsden will travel to Trafford in the Manchester Premier Cup semi-final on Tuesday, February 4.
The Bloods reached this stage of the competition after beating Mossley on penalties in the previous round.
Meanwhile, Trafford beat Wythenshawe Town 2-0 on Tuesday night to book their place in the semi-final.
