Crown Green Bowlers To Face Off At Rayner Lane

32 of the nation's best junior crown green bowlers will be in action at Ashton CC on Saturday, (20/8).

Competitors from as far afield as Cumbria, the Isle of Man and Warwickshire will lock horns with some local bowlers in the British Crown Green Bowling Association Junior Individual Merit competition.

Stan Adshead, Ashton Chairman, said: "It's a real honour for the Club to be asked to host this prestigious competition. We are looking forward to a great day's bowling and all are welcome along"
