Cricket fixture release

The Derbyshire and Cheshire Cricket has released its fixtures for the forthcoming season.

The season will officially start on Saturday, April 24 with a round of league fixtures, whilst the first round of the Bissenden Cup and Hawke Trophy will take place on Saturday, May 8.

On the opening day of the season, in Division One, the fixtures are as follows:

  • Broadbottom v Newton
  • Hayfield v New Mills
  • Woodley v Tintwistle 
  • Dinting v Dove Holes
  • Pott Shrigley v Stalybridge St Pauls (Now known as Stalybridge CC)

Division Two:

  • Whaley Bridge v Birch Vale
  • Bye v Charlesworth
  • Hazel Grove v Chapel
  • Hollingworth v Buxworth
  • Old Glossop v High Lane

Division Three:

  • Newton v Broadbottom
  • Stalybridge CC v Old Glossop
  • Dove Holes v Pott Shrigley
  • Buxworth v Hollingworth
  • Tintwistle v Dinting
  • Chapel v Hazel Grove
  • New Mills v Woodley
  • Charlesworth v Hayfield
