Celtic sign versatile forward

Stalybridge Celtic are delighted to announce the signing of Berat ‘Jonathan’ Ustabasi.

Jonathan, 25, has signed for the Celts after impressing Simon Haworth in training and went straight in to the squad for Saturday's defeat to Radcliffe.

Ustabasi, born in Manchester of Turkish origin has played the last eight years of his career abroad in Turkey and most recently in Macedonia.

His former clubs include Bursaspor and his last was FK Shkupi who are in the Macedonian First Division with Jonathan playing Europa League Football with the club.

Looking to break into the English game, Jonathan has decided to join Celtic.

He can play anywhere across the front three and adds another attacking option for Haworth who has also added attacker Darius Osei and Centre Back Chris Smalley to his side recently.
