Bateson brace helps Town to victory

Denton Town Football Club have moved to second in the table after a comprehensive 4-0 victory at Styal FC on Saturday.

The victory, which marked the club's fourth on the spin, came courtesy of a Caylem Bateson brace, and solitary efforts from Shaquille Lewys and Josh Stachini. Phill Cooper and Daz Green's side are now four points below leaders, Knowsley South.

Denton return to action this weekend with a trip to Winnington Avenue, who are currently fifth in the table.
