Ashton's Anthony Harding is a Commonwealth Champion

Team England.

Showing tons of skill and determination at his debut Commonwealth Games, Anthony Harding has successfully earned himself a gold medal in the 3m synchro.

Partnering with the inspirational Jack Laugher, Ashton diver Anthony Harding has smashed every goal he set himself after a stunning performance at the Commonwealth Games.

Dominating in the pool, the pair performed difficult dives effortlessly and retained their place at the top of the leaderboard from round one onwards.

Anthony and Jack finished with 438.33 points, an unbelievable score showing their level of talent and grit.

Choosing some of the most difficult dives possible, Anthony and Jack stormed to blow the competition out of the park.

Following on from their recent World Championship success, this is a fantastic accolade for the team as they begin their successful partnership.

Levelling up in the diving world, this performance comes as welcome news to Anthony, who struggled to make the team selection in previous years.
