The Active Tameside Festival of Sport & Wellbeing is back for 2026, and is set to take place at Active Copley on Saturday, January 31.
The festival will be a fun-filled celebration of movement, health and community spirit, and will bring together sports groups, wellbeing activities, demos and taster sessions, with all abilities welcome.
There will be a wide variety of different sport and physical activities taking place in the sports hall and swimming pool, and lots of other exciting activities like face-painting, arts & crafts and more.
There will also be a marketplace area with stalls including Be Well (health checks) and Tameside Council (stop smoking advice) and many more.
