Two teenage boys were rushed to hospital following a road traffic collsion on Huddersfield road near Asda last night (Saturday).
The busy main road was taped off for a while as emergency services carried out their investigations.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 7.25pm last night, officers responded to reports of a collision between a car and two boys on Huddersfield Road, Oldham.
"The boys – aged 13 and 14 – were taken to hospital for injuries which are thankfully not believed to be life-threatening or changing. The road remained closed for a period last night while emergency services attended the scene.
"The driver remained at the scene and no arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing."
